BEST TONER FOR OILY AND DRY SKIN- Personally, I am not a very big fan of toners. There are a lot of different kinds of toners available for different skin types in the market. I also have tried some. Here I will be reviewing my favorite toner which I find perfect for my skin type (normal to sensitive). Not all products suit every skin so it becomes necessary to choose wisely before taking any risk or wasting money. I got this toner from Flower Toner, skin moist by XimiVogue from XimiVogue, Pakistan. And believe me, it changed my whole makeup game. I don't usually use toner but I am a fan of this one. Before this, I simply used to apply Rose Water on my face as a toner prior to makeup because I couldn't find any suitable one for my skin type. I tried many but never suited my skin.
